“Sister, time for some honesty… doesn’t it sometimes feel like people in charge—whether it’s your boss, your HOA president, or even your pastor—are one bad decision away from driving you crazy. And don’t even get me started on family reunions… the ‘appointed so called leader’ of the potato salad committee is NOT anointed, okay? But here’s the thing—when God appoints someone, even if they frustrate us, He’s the one responsible for handling them, not us.” 
So in other words we need to trust God to handle His appointed leaders.
