Jesus is not religion cause anyone can be religious and have a religion nor is Jesus the church because he is the bride groom to the church and she his bride.

Having a relationship with Jesus is the only way to gain access to heaven and he is the key to the door which was the cross that allows you to gain entrance into heaven by accepting that key as your Lord and savior and sanctify over your life.
